I don't know where CT has seen the promarkers at that price, but there is a web site http://www.cardmakingneeds.co.uk selling them for between £1.35 - £1.45 each and packs of 5 for £6.60, which are good prices I think it's free p&p over £12..

Thanks for the advice PONR - i've got another scoring tool here so will give that a go and see if that works. If not the small ball tool that the wife has mentioned looks good so may get one of those. Glad I'm not the only one who has had a few problems with it.

I think the ball tool that the wife said about is the embossing tool! The one I have is a double ended one and looks like a ball on each end!

What a grey miserable day - have 2 loads of washing on the line and my trainers handy to run out and whip it in when it starts raining :D.

Welcome back Rusty - wonder how many bags of craft stash you can hang on a zimmer frame before it falls over :) - reminds me of tipping DD up in her buggy once :o.

Have blogged my freebie bunny card.

A Biiiiiiiiiiggggg thank you to Craftygranny and Kaitlyn for my ATC swap and bears :D:beer::D

Lol at the thought of you watching through the window with your trainers on standby.

I tipped my grandson kobie's buggy up with bags of stash at the range . Poor lamb just sat laughing .

Glad you got yours bears . Postie had his skates on. Kaitlyn finds the strangest gifts when we go out but she doesn't forget what anyone likes .
She tells me marg has a cat but i haven't got a clue. :rotfl:

    Hiya Rainmac

Of course, no problem, here it is:

I have to say, it's the quickest and easiest soup I've ever made! lol

    _________________________________________________________________

    Recipe ingredients:
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 pack bacon, diced
    2 tsp garlic
    2 tsp paprika
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 litre stock
    Sea salt and black pepper
Roast sweet potato soup with paprika and bacon recipe:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC, 400ºF, Gas Mark 6.
    2. Toss the sweet potato with 2 tbsp olive oil, season and roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and soft.
    3. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a large saucepan. Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until brown and crispy.
    4. Add the garlic and paprika and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the onion and cook gently for 10 minutes, until softened but not browned.
    5. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and gently add the roasted sweet potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
    6. Remove half of the onion and potato mixture with a slotted spoon. Then carefully blend the remaining soup, until smooth. Return the onion and potato mixture to the pan.
    7. Squeeze in the lemon juice and season to taste.

    Hope you enjoy!

Oooh, forgot to say, I don't do that last bit where you take half the mixture out, I just blitz the whole lot usually.
