Sorry Marg, no wings card from me. I spent yesterday afternoon stamping - yes rubber stamping, haven't done any for ages so built up a bit of a stock to colour in now but didn't find a stamp with wings (not checked them all yet, bet there's one lurking somewhere) - so I didn't get around to actually making a card.

Today we went shopping as planned, had to get out pretty early and OH had to wake me up from the first decent sleep I've had for ages so I've been tired all day. Still we got a fair bit done. I came across a new stationers type shop in Wrexham (not sure how long it's been there as I haven't been since October) and they have a craft section. I didn't have any craft items on my list but came away with six packs of flowers, two packs of buttons (three types in each, all co-ordinating), three cards of 5 x 1 metre ribbons (look like the Papermania ribbons) and each item was only 99p :j, plus a divided box to store my card candy in. One happy bunny here!

Will try and get a blog hop in before bed.

Flying visit to catch up. Been really busy today, DS had his Karate grading, so have been running around after him and then we all went to the park. Have blogged the card I made for him using the gorgeous image that Rainmac sent (not sure I really did him justice).

Congratulations Rainmac you truly deserved to come in the top 3.

Ok dragonllew has amazing instructions!! Im going to have a go at it tomorrow......

I have updated my blog.....I know nothing crafty on them atm....but there will be soon!! PROMISE!
DDs wheelchair should be delivered at some stage this week......Its shocking Pink......She is sore atm because of the change in the weather.....but cue wheelchair races at the hospital between her and her dad!!

Re: Distress Inks my tip is to use the blender, tap it on the ink pad, swirl it on a plastic bag then gently draw little circles from the bag onto your card working outwards to inwards so you have a fading effect if that makes sense! You can then rub the pad round the very edge to darken it up - i've got a card to upload tomorrow which i've used Distress Inks on. I brought a mini mister at the NEC which i'm yet to play with though....

Anyway CT1972 your stash swap is all sorted and ready to post tomorrow - sorry it's late but I hope you like it! Rusty i'll pop the gems in the post at the same time.

Oooh i dont know how i missed following your blog !! Im on there now I love your nappy cakes and your children are gorgeous..

Ive made a few cards to send to you. But im stuck at home today waiting for a delivery. So i will make some more then get them in the post on Wednesday
