Giggle - that cake looks fabulous!! lovely easter gifts.

Pepop - Now if they made a red on then I would be doing a popkins and buying it to get rid of my snot green!! I have no worries about green and I love green but I also love red! the 2 colours are my favourite! plus DS would love me to have a red cuttlebug as his favourite colour is red!

snap my all time favourite colour is red , when I go clothes shopping I'm just drawn to anything red lol I just love it , I've always had a red car as well :rotfl:

    :j Happy birthday Mrs B :j

Rusty - images arrived safely yesterday, thank you. I've already made a card using the cat on a flowerpot as an order for DD's work colleague. I sent it in this monring and apparently she loved it. :)

wanna-b-rich - I don't think there is any way to follow blogs on WordPress apart from by email notification. I'm stil not sure if I like WordPress - I might try again with blogspot.

sammr - Hobbycraft don't stock the DoCrafts magazine. You can buy it in The Range or online (I think I once bought one in Sainsbury's, but it was free in a bundle with another magazine, so I'm not sure if they normally sell it).

I'm not sure if the other stores stock it or not , but I work in hobbycraft and our store has the do crafts magazine when it comes out - it sells very quickly though

Giggle - crikey - only 15 - is that your friend's daughter - or have I got it mixed up?????

TiredMom - it sounds fabulous - have fun!!! There's a big craft shop in Cheshire somewhere - I remember looking because I'm in Liverpool, I'll see if I can find it.

PepPop - I think it was a Lexmark I bought a couple of years ago - it just wouldn't work when I connected it to the pc - so I'm wondering whether its worth trying it with the laptop - trouble is I get so frustrated when I can't work these things that it puts me in a bad mood. No cats here - so I'll be okay with the wireless option!!!

Sunrise - I'm into teal at the minute too!! I'm aries so I think red is meant to be my lucky colour!

CraftyJuJu - looks like you had a fab time at the park - Emily looks like such a little sweetheart!

What a gorgeous OH you have, does he give lessons to other OH's? Hope you arrive at a decision you're happy with xxx

I agree but I don't tell him that as it might make him too complacent lol.

I have decided to be sensible (stamping feet and sulking along the way lol). Mind you it is only because we have had the whole back garden redeveloped before Christmas for the childminding business - well at least the hard landscaping part but I now need to sort it into the dream that I had along with an allotment area for which we need a greenhouse (can you see where this is going lol).

I decided I have a table and can buy some cheap shelving unit from B&Q and that I can cope with this for now (although very reluctantly ). Although I have informed hubby that he is buying me the greenhouse and I don't have to pay him back for that as it will cut down the food bills which he pays out for.

Hoping that in the next few weeks I will get some inspiration to start crafting again. Mind you some way I have two mum day cards and a birthday card for one of my closest friends to make on Sunday.

I have a few promarker questions...
Do they run out easily? I'm colouring ever so carefully, in case they do...

And do they smudge? Like, once they have dried?

I'm addicted...if anyone has any spares, I'll gladly buy them!

    Saucy

I may have a couple of spares will check on Sunday if I have you can have them no charge but If I don't get back to you keep reminding me as seem to spend all my time catching up on threads how many pages in three days.

  • OH wants a digi stamp of a front door with a letterbox...he's getting very stroppy that he can't find one.

    Any ideas? (Save me! :rotfl:)

Edit: Nannyboo, just saw your message. Thank you so much :)

    Hi Npsmama,

Thank you for that link, however I can't get it to open, does it still open for you?

Are you sure you wouldn't need the flowers yourself for anything??

Melissa - thanks for posting the links for flowers too!

Well, I'm pleased to say OH has been for his other endoscopy and the consultant said "they're healing nicely", meaning his ulcers. His sciatica seems to have settled down now too, thankfully.

Only thing I have to be concerned about is completing these forms that the solicitor sent me, which ask me to give information about the children, ie their school, their address etc and I don't see why my ex has to be privvy to that information after not being in touch for around 10 years!!
(See my separate thread for those of you who don't know what I'm on about!)

Hope everyone else is keeping ok?

I'm really busy at the moment making Mother's Day cakes, (hence me asking for flower sites)

What are the rest of you doing for Mother's Day?

    Sal

    Hi Sal.

QVC are doing a great offer...I'm so tempted!

Actually, they're nothing special but I've got quite a few flower die cuts that are just sitting here doing nothing...would you like them?
