Want to swap places for the weekend, and go with my OH then?

Tiredmom - the glue tape pen is this one. They are really good and I bulk buy them to make it worth my while travelling. There are 2 in pack for £2.50. I also buy my craft knives/blades from there as they are brilliant (my pretty pink one I had for Christmas is relagated to a drawer somewhere).

Thanks for that I shall get some next time there, I also need a new craft knife so I will pick one up whilst I'm at it. If you ever need new stocks of these they will only be light so holler and I can post you some down. Wilkinsons is not far away at all.

Thanks Rainmac - I'll start to try to look forward to it, and will hope for the best. It will either kill or cure the fear I have for the dark.

Glad you had a fab day at Warwick Castle - did you get spooked by the little pixey man near the dugeons behind a large wooden door, I almost wet myself when he started talking after I had been studying him for a while (sorry probably too much info), and from then on I tried to suss the real people out before they startled you.

I to have done the York Ghost walk it was brilliant. I don't do spooky things but I really did enjoy it we had a brilliant shakespear type doing it. Wasn't impressed to find him stopping outside our hotel though and announcing it was haunted!

Right off to bed. Erin is thankfully asleep in her bed tonight and the fact that DH is away at the caravan with DS means I can hog the bed...ahhhh bliss...

    Night all

Rainmac I'm glad you had a fab day, I thought you would. I had a fright there too did you see my post 3321 a few pages back.

I love Most Haunted too in fact tomorrow we are going up to Lancashire to Pendle Hill. I think that was the most frightening Most Haunted I have seen. Will let you know if I see the ghosts of the Pendle Witches....... better take plenty of clean undies just in case lol

Jowri I have been to the Hobbycrafts at Cribs many times, sometimes you get a bargain but mostly is so over priced. I hope you have a nice day out though, you can always go to Morrisons for delicious Fish and Chips!!

    :jEvening everyone
I now should, fingers crossed be the proud owner of a blog:j

Well done ScattyJan, I'm now a follower.

NuttieNettie - Hi and welcome, I love your user name!

Jazabelle - What a great walking stick! If you've got to have one you might as well have a blingy one!

Hi everyone else. Well, DD has gone now and taken our old wardrobes with her, she managed to get two double and one single flat pack wardrobes in her Picasso so they've now gone to a good home. Just got to find room for my stuff in the new one which is smaller, hanging space is fine but there's no shelf, just a couple of drawers underneath. Maybe time for a turf out!

I've been itching to get back to my craft desk as I was banished from the loft room all week while OH was laying the carpet tiles. I'd printed off some paper and images and I managed to make a card after DD had gone, which I know some of you have seen on my blog. It's a piggy card for my GD who will be 7 soon. I asked d-i-l if she's still into pigs and was told it might change to chickens soon as the school are getting some. If so I hope someone called Molly joins the birthday list soon :rotfl: .

Right, I'm off for a quick blog hop before bed.

    Hi Marg

I'm fine thank you, hope you are too.

OH is feeling a whole lot better since he had his second endoscopy and although he doesn't see his consultant again until May time, he's been eating like a horse complared to what he was like before!

My son just returned from a college trip to Iceland last week, if he were still there now, I'd be hysterical! lol

I've just bene busy with work and making some nappy and towel cakes and some wedding favours. Although I don't always post, I do try and keep up with what's going on in the thread, but it's hard sometimes! lol

Hope all is well for you too?

    Sal
