WBR - Thanks, he doesn't usually get nightmares think he may have been over tired. That said he has a dream catcher in his room and a bead fell off last week, perhaps I'd better reattach that bead!

Giggle - I've tried my blue link it keeps hanging my computer. I remember someone else having the same problem with the Letraset site. If you can't get it to work PM me your details, don't think you are on the list, and I'll print it off and send it to you.

Right back to accounts, yawn ...........

Thanks, Tired Mom for the link. I'll see if I can print this out on the Letraset paper. It definitely makes a difference as to what paper you use. I've not used many of the promarkers yet but when I scribble on the Letraset paper its defo the same as it says on the pen but on some white card it's very different (does that make sense?)

A Promarkers definite is Vanilla and Sandstone for colouring animals esp. teddies (ask the Padster)

Thanks Birthday Girl for giving us the heads up about the ignore button, does it mean we don't see her on our computers? (sorry - thicky wifey here) I've never had cause to do anything like that before, how sad but better than the smell of garlic I suppose.

I was off to the supermarket to buy a string of garlic to keep the nasties away.

Just a quick one, who sent those dratted elves back down here??? I just bought a [STRIKE]load [/STRIKE] one or two distress inks from Oyster Stamps late yesterday afternoon, they arrived at 10am this morning, fab service.

Picture the scene ... Wifey walks up to computer in her big red hat ( as Princess K knows that wife always wears her red hat) Takes if off to put on a string of garlic. Places her red hat back on her head and signs in to card thread :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm looking for card to put through the cuttlebug...I've got Papermania card but it goes white when I emboss it.
Does anyone know if this will be okay or is there a better one?

Sorry, I'm a big pain today!

_party_ _party_Happy birthday wanna-b-rich _party_ _party_, it sounds like you're having a fab day so far. :)

I've resisted feeding the troll so far, and thought a couple of posts were trying to be helpful - but OMG "I have a job to go to"!? I don't, but not from lack of trying. I'm (extremely) well-educated and do not appreciate someone rubbing my nose in the fact that I am unemployed. I get depressed enough about that as it is.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

saucy not sure what you mean, is the embossing sort of cracking the paper and showing the white fibres inside? if so it might not be thick enough?
  • Thanks Marg - I'm tempted to order some, but I don't like the fact that their minimum order is £15. I think the Archiac range is being discontinued, so hopefully there might be a glut of it appear in clearance sections. If not then I'll have to stick with my distressing inks and gungy coloured papers.
