Angel - Forgot to ask when are the sets of 25 promarkers going to be back in stock, hopefully soon as you mentioned getting some new stocks. Not sure what colours I want yet, I need to do some homework.

    Thanks

I hope everyone else with aches and pains feels better today, and can whoever stole my sunshine send it back please? :p

Tired Mom - thanks for giving craftygranny a cake we can all dive into; it put a smile on my face :D
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

JHB - We've still got a bit of sun but it's chilly here.

Mad frog - I haven't got punch around the page but think I've seen that you have to cut the paper to certain sizes for it to work and cut the corners first. HTH

  • Popped on to catch up with the thread. First a very, very big thankyou to everyone for their words of support about ds. I emailed the director of the autism centre last night who is on holiday but she sent an immediate response and apology. She will be contacting me when she is back at work.

What a lovely picture you painted about Alicia playing with her brothers.

Rusty I hope you feel able to return to the thread soon. Yes this is a crafting thread but it is so much more - this thread has given me support that I do not have elsewhere in my life and I would be very lost without it now. Please take care of yourself and keep strong.

Hugs to anyone in pain or with troubles - what the heck, hugs to you all. Wifey let us know what today's cossie looks like....

Craftygranny - I've also rethought the extedned plates thing. I though as I only really want to do boxes I'm going to try and use my Scor Pal more! It's just a shame there aren't more metric tutorials....

Glittermum have you been to Scor-pals own site for metric tutorials. Kitty Franken usually creates them www.kittyfranken.blogspot.com she's Dutch so you may need the Google translator which is a giggle anyway. Also check www.splitcoaststampers.com as Scor-pal is a sponsor and they have their own 'resources' list

If you can't find any help, please let me know.

  • I really doubt you have made all this effort to contact them. Not only do the emails go to Sarahs email address, but they also go to Lianne's. Sarah answers all her telephone messages the same day, sometimes if its late, it will be the next day - and by that point, Lianne will be at work, and she will answer the calls.

If you post on UKS, or are a member, then again, all queries are answered immediately.

If you have still not received a reply, then please feel free to contact me, and I will personally pass on your query to Sarah, and I can guarantee that you will have a reply within 12/24 hours.

Just catching up and have read this :eek::eek: HOW RUDE!!!

If you are in anyway connected with Sarah's I have a small business tip - try wording the above somewhat differently! Maybe - I'm sorry you appear to have been having trouble contacting us, I'm not sure what has happened - then make your excuses! Also try ending it with a I do accept that things can go wrong.

Don't call your customers liars, especially on a public forum, it's really not the cleverest thing to do. Apart from alienating all of the regular posters and lurkers you are also likely to be subject to them passing on their somewhat negative view of you! Don't you know the old adage "for every one disatisfied customer you will lose a further ten!" which I think judging by this forum you have already more than sucessfully achieved!

If you are simply a "friend" then I'm sure they are going to love the damage that you have just done to their business!
