Thanks Marg, Kirkby Lonsdale was one of my MIL's favourite places.
We are just having 3 days to do a reccie and see if is a place to take the caravan in the summer. I'm really looking forward to a few days away.
Fine weather has given DH the flying bug again, there is an aerobatics event tomorrow at Sandtoft so I will have a lovely day crafting.

hi all, been a bit awol for a few days as we nipped down to london for a couple of nights, been keeping up reading the thread but havent been able to post! my legs and feet are killing me from all the walking, we had a great time though so can't really complain! dont know if anyone here has seen the musical Avenue Q but it was hilarious, it's done with puppets and it really is an adult version of Sesame street :rotfl: definitely not for kiddies though
hope everyone who's feeling poorly or having tooth troubles (rusty!) is feeling better soon xx
Rainmac thankyou so much for my kitty images, they were waiting for me today when I got homealong with my crafts u love order and jewellery making stuff, woohoo!

Thanks I am now stalking you. Can I ask are you pleased with your MS scoreboard. I am wanting to get one as I like the fact that it gives a more pronounced score than the scorpal and also like the fact that it has alot of lines.Angel_Crafts wrote: »Thanks for all the lovely welcomes!
Hiya, I imagine I will be visiting your store very shortly.Twinkle have a look at this blog it might be interesting for you
Oh dear now why did I look at that, the question is what do you get for £249 that you don't for £59.
All packed ready to go after breakfast. Due to DS twisting his ankle we have had to abandon Pendle Hill that was planned for tomorrow afternoon.
We are instead doing a flying visit to Boundary Mill, apparently it is so I will stop saying "we must go there one day" everytime we go past. I'll have about 1.5 hours so reckon on any crafty sections and then a quick nosey around, I want to see if they have a Thorntons as I believe they have the chocolate hearts on a super dooper deal at outlet stores.
Lunch at my borthers in Skipton before going to Brimham Rocks in the afternoon. Sunday we are going to Fountains Abbey for the day and then will drive home with the kids in Pj's as school the next day :j. Just keeping fingers crossed this lovely sunshine holds.
Hope everyone has a nice sunny weekend and that those in pain get some relief. DS lost another tooth tonight, that is two nights in a row. I know he is desperate to get his new Wii game but this is taking it a bit far!

Hiya - I have so far only used it to make 2 envelopes and 1 easel card but I like what I have seen!! I am still trying to get my head around the scoring as I have never done anything like this before!!! The envelope I made tonight wasn't quite right but I managed to sort it out so that it didn't notice!!!! I like the fact that it is large also and has the envelope triangle to help you place you card/paper in properly.
Hope you have a nice holidayxxThe E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -

Have a good time tomorrow girls - let those spendy elves run riot.
Re the MS Scoreboard - I hated mine at first, but now love it and wouldn't be without it. You do get a really deep clean score and the envelope attachment is fab (I used it to create my spring card and a diamond top card, no need for messy pencil lines). I think Oyster Stamps is the cheapest - from memory I think it's £16.00 (plus as pointed out above there is free P&P).0
