Gemma glad you're in good spirits and feeling lots better - and really hope they let you out today! it would be such a shame for you to miss tomorrow... and thats cos it would be lovely to see you again and not cos you've got something for me ;) honest!!

Seriously though are you sure you'll be well enough for all that traipsing around - I can barge people away from you with my trolley if you like - be like your protector if you like!! :D

Rusty - sorry about your Gran - not sure if you've had the funeral or its today but hope it goes as well as it can x

Flourgirl - so sorry for your loss too - so sad! take care x

Happy Birthday to everyone I've missed - hope you all had fab days and sorry I've been rubbish and not sent cards - I think when my craft room is finished I will sit down and make a huge pile of Belated birthday cards and send them all out then... mmmmm need to find my Mojo first - anyone seen it? Think it might've gone to the NEC early... hoping to find it there!

Right off to jot down my shopping list for tomorrow - emptied my sealed tin last night and got £74!!! Yay! Now just got to pop to the bank to see if they'll give me notes for it? do you think they will? or just make me pay it into my account? :j

Craftygranny - Thanks for letting me know it got there ok I can blog it now - I'm glad you liked it.
I'm very tempted by one of those goody bags - wonder if I'm actually supposed to use stash or just accumulate it? :rotfl: I spend so long looking on here I seem to forget I'm supposed to make cards as well as chat!:rotfl:

lol that's my problem too. I accumulate far more than i actually use .Looking on here and at all the blogs there is no time left to actually make anything .lol.

Have made a card for the challenge, not quite sure if it's allowed though as no easter eggs and its not quite finished as I would like

Well lost my car keys last night just before I was off to work, took the spare key and spare car key, checked my bag twice been searching the house since I got home this morning, found keys in my bag only to lose my purse  found my purse eventually in my other work bag, now I know why it takes me so long to make cards, don't suppose that would happen if I was neat and tidy and organised :D

To console myself over that trauma and the fact I am not going to the NEC I have ordered the bargain posted by Craftygranny, I have also ordered some krafty Kimmie Stamps and some Pro markers also just fell in my basket. :p

Am off to bed, which is just as well I think

Gemm I hope they let you out of hospital today so you can get some proper rest at home and still make it to the NEC. I know just how much you have been looking forward to going and I would love to meet you in person. Take special care xx

Craftygranny I had an email yesterday from Sarahs Cards about the goody bag and it said out of stock, kept checking all day and everytime I looked it was still out of stock. They must have had them in inbetween me looking :) gave up in the end. Dont know why I wanted one anyway!! lol

Gemma - Glad you are feeling a lot better today Do hope they discharge you and you feel well enough to go tomorrow. How good of Popkins to offer to act as your minder - is her trolley big enough for you to sit in?

Mad frog - your key/purse going AWOL is the sort of thing that happens to me glad they both turned up!

    Hi everyone!
I've not been on here (or doing any card making!) in ages ... need to have a proper catch up of the thead!

Does anyone have any ideas where I can buy or tips on how to make an easter bonnet? I need to get/make one for my 3 year old for next week and no idea where to start!

    TIA x

    Edit to add :-
I've been looking on ebay and loads of other places for actual bonnets - really loving something like this to decorate (but it would end up costing lots) - does anyone think it coiuld be made using a straw hat?!?!?x
