Evening!
I like all the reminiscing that's been going on here over the past couple of days!
I'm sure my Mam still has some of her old Bunty annuals in the loft, I remember looking at them when I was younger!
I loved all the Enid Blyton books when I was little, my Mam had kept hers from when she was little & I'm sure they'll get passed on to my children when I have some! I was a little bookworm too, went everywhere with my nose in a book. I still love to read. Tired Mom, the books with the twins in were called Sweet Valley High.
As for boybands, I liked A-ha (Mmmm Morten!) & then Bros & then New Kids on the Block! I always have & always will love Take That! :happyhear lol I've liked Bon Jovi since I was little too. Been to loads of concerts, the most embarrassing one would probably have to be Vanilla Ice!
I've had so many pages to read through, I can't remember who said what now so apologies for not commenting on everything else that has been said.
Well done to the latest winners :j
Marg & Elysia2003 thanks for entering the challenge, both your cards are fab. I've added you both to my list.
Is anyone going to the GNPE at Harrogate this weekend? I think my Mam & I are going but I'm not sure on what day yet. I'm looking forward to it, we really enjoyed it in March.
I'm going to try & get on bl*gger now, wish me luck! x0 -

Fantastic box Flourgirl - love the way you have decorated it.
Can you please let me know where you got the template from please, as this sized box would be perfect for a present I have for a friend in a couple of weeks, and the one I use for the cookies is too small.
Just got back from seeing a friend whose daughter was 6 today. I made up a huge folder of my crafty stash, as Angelina is really artistic and loves to do pictures and cards, and she absolutely loved it.
I also made her one of my pretty 'Name' Cards that I have made a few of lately and my friend loved it. Her neighbour was there who I know quite well and she saw the card, and has asked me to make 2 for her, as she thought the card was stunning. I'm really really happy, as she wants to pay £2.00 a card. Also the neighbour works in a school and has said that if I wanted to make a box of cards up, she would put it in the staff room for me, so I feel a huge crafting session coming on at the weekend.
Sorry I have read through todays posts, but can't remember what I read so will just say well done to any winners, and hugs to anyone that needs them.
