  • Evening all. Had a lovely day with DS, we went to a local adventure park and I had a go at a zip wire! I don't think I have ever screamed so loudly in my life! Just got everything together for him to go back to school tomorrow! I feel like I'm a bit weird as I actually am not looking forward to him going back and feel a bit :(

Choccy - I guessed there were 3 seahorses on the card, it arrived with one and none in the envelope and the embossed paper was torn to shreds! Don't worry about making another one, I know how busy you are. I just didn't want you to wonder why I haven't blogged your card and only blogged the ATC. Yours will be in the post tomorrow once I've done the school run - sorry it's late. x

Gemm - this'll teach me not read the forum properly! I'm sorry that I blurted your DT postion, I read it on your blog and assumed that it was already on here:o apologies x Oh and congrats on your top 3.

I'm off to treble check everything is ready for school tomorrow and then I'm hoping to play with my alcohol inks. I feel a bit guilty that I desperatly needed them and haven't yet made anything!

Am in the middle of my monochrome challenge card - waiting for my flower to dry :o

Glad the stamps arrived Artydoll - you've welcome Elysia had those papers on the table and an envelope and it was easier to put them together and send DD to the post office than take them upstairs to put them away :rotfl:

I've finally set the ATC challenge on Crafty Place

Am fed up already with it getting dark this early in the evening I can't take any decent photos or see properly to craft in the evenings :( Will have to invest in a decent light :)

  • Congrats to another winner!!!! Lovely card!

Is anyone around that can help with my earlier sizzix texture boutique questions please????

I am looking at Joann online and they have some lovely embossing folders in the sale for the cuttlebug and I am hoping you can use them on the texture boutique embosser!

Hello everyone, we've had a good day at an indoor play centre and lunch in the pub next door. DS2 goes back to preschool tomorrow so I've been sorting his school bag tonight. I am feeling a bit sad that the holidays are coming to an end but also looking forward to a lil bit of me time again, is that really selfish :o DS1 doesn't restart school until Monday so we are going to have a couple of days now where it's just the two of us. I have loads of jobs to do tomorrow but going to take him to the cinema on Friday which we've never done with just the two of us :)

Sounds like fab bargins PONR :D

Well done to the winners and to Gemm on the new DT :j :j
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

Sorry PONR. I have the cuttlebug so can't help with contents. Instead of buying the boutique - I bought a magazine recently and they were giving you the boutique free for buying a subscription - would that work out better? I'll see if I can find which mag it was.
