Rainmac I thought I deserved a spend on papers cos I have been a really good wifey today and cleaned through, washed dried and ironed including bedding and towels. Even washed the kitchen floor!! Might go our for the rest of the week so it stays tidy lol
Can I just ask when you all print your digi images what program do you use for re-sizing them please.
I always use picassa ,any help to you?Earnings £245 in 2014:T thanks to swagbucks0 -
Morning all, just popping on to say thanks to Rainmac for those hair tutorials. I've not bothered to read any before as I never have the right colours but those are really simple ones.
My last day of hols today, DS1 starts school on Thursday and then my baby starts for a full day on Friday - where have the last 4 years gone?? My mum is looking after them tomorrow and we will have to have a school uniform photo for her - queue a few tears from both of us!0 -
Morning - back to work today yuk!
Flourgirl - I always use open office draw to resize my digis - there must be a microsoft equivalent but we are a microsoft free house wherever possibleOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Morning everybody,
Hope everyone is ok & have had a lovely bank holiday weekend.
Sorry for going AWOL! As Artydoll kindly explained, I've been poorly. I've got a reoccurring problem with my shoulder/neck where the muscles go into spasm & I just seize up! It is loads better today but I have taken the day off work as sitting at a desk in the same position for 8 hours doesn't help it & I don't want it getting bad again. At least when I am at home, I can pop on & off the laptop & move around. I've got loads to catch up on so I'll read what I've missed on here & will set the challenge later today. I'll try & catch up on bl*gs too but I'll have to see how it goes. x0 -
morning
Fifi hope you get better soon
Marg good luck at the vets today0 -
'Morning all
Thank you very much for all your very kind & positive thoughts for Sam. I'm very sad to tell you that the vet put him to sleep earlier today. It was pretty much the only option, as there was quite a bit going wrong. We stayed with him and it was the vet who has treated him all his life which helped a bit.
DH had a longstanding arrangement to take a pal flying this morning, he has just gone & I'm so glad that he will have something to fully occupy his mind as a distraction. My distraction will be sending out 'the lists' followed by cleaning the kitchen floor and work this afternoon.
Oh! before I forget Melissa has let me have her new address and asked me to say Hello! to you all. She'll be back once they get settled & internet sorted.
Flourgirl - I use MS Word or sometimes paint but with paint it's more of a guess!
Craftfairies - will you be getting commission from Asda for the increased sales of those sweets when we get going?0 -
Marg, I am so sorry to hear the sad news about about Sam, at least he is no longer suffering & you know he is at peace now. Hope you are ok :grouphug:0

Oh Marg, sending you the BIGGEST HUGS. It's so awful when a pet has to go, we've been through it a few times and it does make you wonder if you can go through it again if thinking of a new pet. I did when we were thinking of having our puppy a month ago. But they do so enrich our lives and we can think back and enjoy the memories. They do get into our hearts and are just as dear to us as our children.
Hi to everyone else. We've had the most wonderful BH Monday weather-wise. Summer came at last :j. We've been busy with grandchildren, puppies and garden. Sorry I've not kept up with messages.
Flourgirl (I think - I've forgotten) I just import images into an Open Office text document then double click on the image until the box comes up, from that box you can alter the % size of the image up or down to what you want.
Fifi Hope you feel better soon and that your day off work helps.
Gemma Your first official day of freedom. Enjoy!
Sorry I can't remember any more. Have a good day everyone.0 -
Marg so very sorry about Sam you must be feeling so low this morning, Scrubbing the kitchen floor is good and if you get a bit of soap in your eyes then of course they will water. Lots of hugs x0
