After saying on Friday (I think it was) that I'd had mine three years and only replaced the blade last week - this blade now won't cut through card, and if it does, it's wonky.
I'm going to see if I can find my receipt for the replacement blade to get my money back and then buy the Woodware one!
Oh dear hope its not my fault sounds just like the one I had from hobbycraft:(0 -

No Dragonllew, don't worry. :A I was secretly jealous of everyone with their new trimmers and I wanted one of those anyway - it's much better.
I only mentioned it at the time because it's cheap for someone who's starting crafting. They could always replace it later - like me.
Edited to add: Hiya Izzy. It's lovely to see you here, and I can't wait to see some of your cards.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Giggle - How's your Grandson now? I hope he's OK.
We have terrible trouble with kids with pellet guns here. They shot through the double glazed window a couple of months ago. We had to replace the whole thing. Then they did it to next doors on Sunday!I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Welcome to the thread Izzy Wizzy - looking forward to seeing your cards.
Giggle - hope your grandson is OK now, and you get to go and see the other boys parents. We used to have the same problem until we got the boys parents involved, and then miraculously it all stopped.
PepPop - love your dad's card, the image is fab. Can you please give me some foolproof easy instructions on doing the embossing with the nestie around the image, it looks so effective.
Just about to attack the ironing, after being out all day, but hope to make another couple of cards later.
