    Hi Izzy

Congrats on your first post :T My daughter is 10 too. I can't see why you can't join in the challenges, someone else maybe able to tell you if you can or not.

Only thing i would say is if you are going to make a blog please check with your mum and dad first. And if you do do one come back and tell us all so we can have a look at your cards. If you have any questions just ask i'm sure someone will be able to answer it for you.

Well after weeks of buying:eek::eek: I am almost ready to start my first card. My "Woodware" trimmer has just arrived so I am off to give it a try.

One more question please?:o Do you use a dispenser for you double-sided tape and if so where do you get it from?

I don't use one, Irlrip, if it's good stuff it should tear easily with your fingers but if I want it very precise, I will cut it with scissors.

kms26 brilliant piece of advice that hadn't dawned on me

Well who put the voodoo on my Hobbycraft trimmer?

After saying on Friday (I think it was) that I'd had mine three years and only replaced the blade last week - this blade now won't cut through card, and if it does, it's wonky.

I'm going to see if I can find my receipt for the replacement blade to get my money back and then buy the Woodware one! ;)
