Madfrog - if you're doing a link within your blog post you just click the link button like you do on here - think it's a green globey thing and paste the page you want to go to in the pop up.
Gemma - that eyelash stuff looks like eyelash knitting yarn - you can ofter pick some up for about 70p a ball in wilkos or poundstrecher or instore or whatever its called.
2 hours in the bath!!! were you a bare wrinkly or a wrinkly bear?:rotfl:
Nahhhh shoes dont do it for me!!! my DH is the Emelda Marcos in this house lol with 11 pairs of Brown shoes  I HATE shoe shopping, my shoes are dropping off my feet before I buy another pair. DH can't walk past a Clarks shop, he even found one in Venice!!!!
Did you know there is a Tula Radley shop at Mc Arthur Glen? Good prices too. I went in for a new purse but unfortunatly they didn't have the one I wanted (Incognito) Gorgeous bags though, my Mum was nearly passing our with the prices lol

Well ladies - I was very brave last night - I dusted off my printer and actually got it to work!!!! I was so shocked - I didn't have to threaten it or anything!!! It seems to be printing my images in blue though although I've just put a new black cartridge in!!! I am going to persevere as there's so many fab digi images that I want to use.
TinyPablo - congratulations to you and your s-i-l! What have they called him???
Glittermum - they're lovely shoes - I haven't worn heals in years!!!!
Rainmac - that makes perfect sense - thanks for explaining - I'll give it a try!
Rusty - congratualtions!!!0 -
Rusty - well done
Rainmac - no worries, I've been in plenty of quizes and come home with the wooden spoon loads of times :rotfl:
Need to off-load (sorry guys) .... Some of you may remember my first post on this thread where I was at the end of my tether, needing a new interest to keep me sane. To cut a very long story short, my ds was finally diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome after years of mental health problems. He left sixth form on dla and I left my job to become his carer. We came to realise that my dh was an undiagnosed Aspergers but nowhere near as severe as my son (explained so many problems / issues in our past / present). Everything was falling on my shoulders to sort out (no help from my family - brother is an alcoholic, Mum is his enabler who felt that I should be sorting out my brother's problems as they were more important than my own family - jeesh, you could make a soap opera out of this :rotfl:)
Moving on - after much fighting and many meetings with doctors, social workers, educational psycholgists, mental health workers I finally managed to get my son referred to the only Autism unit here on the Isle of Man. We went before Xmas and they agreed that he needed support and that he could start attending in the New Year. Since January, I have been fobbed off with various excuses and I found out yesterday that they have no funds to support my son - he is intelligent and high functioning, they only seem to support low functioning individuals with learning disabilities.
I am soooooo angry, I spent yesterday in tears - completely angry, frustrated tears. How dare they just drop him - he is not collateral damage because they have no money. You wouldn't think that in this day and age they could leave someone isolated at home with no support but it seems they can.
I need to think of a plan of action but I am so angry, upset and tired and exhausted fighting by myself that I can't think straight at the moment. If you are still reading, thanks for letting me rant. Am going to go and look at your lovely makes in blogland to make myself feel human again,

Fab shoes Glittermum - a bit high for me as I can fall wearing trainers!
Padster/Flourgirl - I don't 'do' Radley bags but like the look of the shoes & sandals. 11 pairs! of brown shoes. Amazing!
