Flourgirl, glad the images arrived safely and yep we will be seeing each other in person in 2 weeks ;) Fab news about your mum's op xxx

I spent the morning having coffee with a friend I haven't seen before Christmas, we had lots to catch up on and didn't stop taking for over 2 hours! Going to a quiz at my son's school tonight with 5 other mums with children in DS1's class. Wish us luck ;)

Hugs to everyone and happy Mother's Day for Sunday. A parcel from Hotel Chocolat has arrived here today addressed to me but I haven't ordered it, I assume it contains my MD pressie :j

Before I catch up I need to ask a question.
I was talking to OH about my stamps and that I was thinking of selling them. Thing is because I can't grip that well I never am able to get a perfect stamp everytime, my hand will wobble and it'll mess up, so I stamp once scan it on to my computer and print out when I wanna use that stamp. It saves me having to stamp again and again and ruin what I'm working on, but he said it wont be right to sell them seen as I'm still using them, what do you all think?

I've done the draw for the Crafty Place card swap... http://craftyplace.yuku.com/topic/322/master/1/?page=3 I followed Choccy's fab idea of picking 2 groups of partners (NEC and non-NEC) hope that's ok with everyone x

Personally I don't see a problem with selling the stamps - I for one often buy stamped images off eBay and use them even if I don't have the stamp. I suppose it's a bit similar to using ones that we've received in things like stash swaps.

Someone may disagree with me though - have you thought about putting them on crafty place to see if anyone wants to buy them from you? :)
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

I don't see a problem in selling them, lots of people sell used stamps on ebay ;)

Louby-Lou-Lou - sorry your DS is poorly!! Your mother's day cards are lovely! My favourite card though is the 50th - I just love the image - it really made me giggle!!

Lyndach - I think it makes sense to sell them, just make sure you save a copy on your computer of each one first!!! You could put the money you make towards buying more or buying loads of digital images!!!

Rainmac - good luck at your quiz tonight!!! I remember you said a few pages back that you use your xcut guillotine to score card too - can I ask how as I can never get it right???

I just make sure I hold the card so it doesn't move. I always measure in inches and think that the XCut measurements are more accurate in inches. I think a scoreboard would be easier but I get along ok (only a few muck ups) and saves having another piece of equipment ;)

We will do carp in the quiz I'm sure. We did it last year and came sort of middle which was ok. In the team there is a teacher, someone with a first in engineering, a trainee midwife so we have different backgrounds. One of the only questions I got right last time was what is the main ingredient in lava bread... seaweed. The rest of my team laughed at me and said don't be ridiculous but I was right!

Rainmac - I'll have to give it a try - I'd never thought of using it for that before! What tool do you use with it to actually do the scoring?

I stumbled upon this blog before - she enters her cards into loads of challenges and writes at the same time what the challenge is, so if you're looking to enter a card into loads of challenges its worth looking on here (I hope I make sense).
