Paddingtondoo - I love your card - so funny! I love the image too - really different!! Your easel card is lovely too!! There's so many fantastic digi images available at the minute that I really must sort my hideous printer out!

TinyPablo - your easter card is so cute!! Your other card is lovely - those papers are gorgeous!

Flourgirl - that's great news about your Mum - she must be so thrilled!

Dragonflew - gorgeous card - having seen yours I am convinced that I have to get basic grey's new papers. Your easter card is lovely too - really pretty pastels!!

Sally - that's horrible - definately keep trying to get your money - maybve you could threaten to "name and shame" them if they don't pay.

Gemm - yeah - one of your orders turned up - it sounds like maybe you'll soon have your score pal too!!!

Craftygranny - Yes they are the ones thankyou!!

Paddingtondoo - Never thought about using some chipboard, I think I have some in a box, should be easy enough to make? maybe!!

Sally - I think you should name and shame the person who let you down with the money? is it someone on this thread or just someone on this board? You need to send a letter to their home address saying that if payment is not made within 30 days (give a date) then you will be seeking further action via solicitors and small claims court. I was left in the same situation when someone asked to be a part of a nappy cake I made for melissa, I did a collection around the girls on here last year and someone sent me a cheque which bounced and left me with fees from my bank!

Flourgirl - Fantastic news about your mum :j Thankyou for my email, haven't looked at it yet but will and reply via email. :)

Gemm - Glad you got the dilemma with royal mail sorted, although fingers crossed your scor pal will come tomorrow!! ..... I am still waiting for my order from crafts u love which I ordered last saturday and still hasn't arrived!! not sure if you get a dispatch email from them or not!

Choccy - EEk I missed the stash swap again :( I guess there isn't a spare anywhere is there?

Melissa - Happy birthday to your not so little one!! :j hope he had a fab day!!

Well I have been out all morning, went to the butchers who was actually nice (dentist) and then to hand in my new sick note, I have been signed off for another month :( and he has upped my dosage on some of my tablets to double them  I will be like a zombie at the minute!!

    2 weeks today til the NEC :j :j :j

    Afternoon ladies!

Sally - sorry to hear about your non payer (Popkins make sure you send me that invoice!!) it must be an absolute pain.

Everyone has been so busy lately -I've just been busy with work! Still hope to get some quick cards made tonight with a load more Accesorize stickers I bought this morning!

I've had a lovely day - it was the Mothers' Day surprise at pre-school. The children made and served us scones with cream and jam then sang some lovely songs in the school hall. They had all made brilliant handbag cards and wrapped pansy plants up - just beautiful - I will blog it later - suffice to say of course I welled up a bit!

MInd you - tomorrow I'm off to Mamma Mia in London with the other girls in my family - how lucky am I?

I've still not caught up on all I missed while away and am coming to the conclusion that I'm never going to get through it all so if I have missed anything important I'm very sorry & please forgive any seemingly daft questions I may ask.

Flourgirl - you were right, I was going to make an Alice cake but didn't have enough sugar! :( now resolved so maybe make it tomorrow. I'm glad your Mum's eye op went well & hope they let her have the other one done soon. I don't mean to upset you but please how is your nephew in law?

Craftygranny - What happened to your twin? Daniel? I saw a comment about him but couldn't see why...... Are Carly & Alicia OK?

Gemma - I'm glad it appears your scorpal hasn't gone AWOL - I wonder what it was that the postie put in the bin shed? Bet your life it wasn't junk mail - they always manage to deliver that OK.

Sally -So sorry to hear of your problem. I'm with Rusty, after giving them a last chance - I think you should name & shame who it is who let you down so badly - if only to stop them from conning anyone else. It's a shame but I suppose they could just re-register themselves with a different name so it wouldn't help.

Rusty - sorry you are poorly again. Is it your leg/back again?

Rainmac - Sorry your boys have had chickenpox, the only consolation I can think is that it may have been worse if they'd got it when they were older. Thinking about you wanting a school hours job in years to come, apart from a job in a school, some big employers like civil service let you work school hours and have school holidays too.

Melissa - Am I right & you won that comp with your card just before I went on hols? If yes, Congratulations!!

Choccy - Sorry I missed the stash swap deadline I'll put my name down now for next time please.

Rusty - I can't believe someone sent you a dodgy cheque - that's terrible - I feel really guilty now!!!!

Glittermum - I love scones with cream - yummy!!! Sounds like you have a fab weekend planned!!

My Dad's coming up to visit on Sunday and he's getting us fish and chips!!! He couldn't believe that fish was so cheap up here - where we're from its about £4 a piece whereas in Liverpool its only £2 for a massive fishy!!! So I'm looking forward to it - I miss my dad a lot living up here!

I've blogged a couple of bits here..

Marg - welcome back!!! Yes I did win - I was so chuffed - I haven't got my prize yet though - I am getting really impatient - she said she'd post it first thing on Mon - they must have been busy!

Marg he desperately needs another heart transplant, he is only 25 and had his first transplant at 20 :( but has so many other problems at the moment even if one came available I doubt if they would offer it to him. He is in intensive care at the moment on dialysis, 6hours on 6 off. My niece has been given a flat in the grounds of Papworth so she can be close by him and my sister and other niece have gone for the weekend. Its so tiring travelling from Doncaster to Cambridge every day. He has the top man in Europe looking after him and we hope and pray he will do everything he can. You know he is such a good lad, never smoked or drank or ben in any kind of trouble...... lifes a B!tch sometimes.
