Have i posted something wrong then

Nope more that carmin has magnolia images ... And you like them, nudge nudge wink wink!

Thanks marg! I just really want it all to be perfect for tom! Already had hassle with life size figure from shop in town! Might have to pay more and buy on eBay! Hope you feel better soon xxx p.s do you have the list of names in email format? If so could you email it to me please? I am tempted to do what I was originally thinking!

Also who uses stamp cleaner? Is it worth it? Does it bring them up nice?I've never used anything on mine but really shouldn't just chuck em in a box with wet ink! Not sure what I need to buy for memento ink though? Presumably the staz on cleaner only works with their inks? Or am I thick?

Really need to be asleep but suprised suprised I can't! Can you rely too much on small dosages of tablets once a day? I'm wondering if I'm addicted and my body is used to them now so they're not helping? Gee it never rains but pours! Must keep smiling!

I've got stamp cleaner that I rarely use, prefer baby wipes to be honest. Mines the Stazon one, but I've used it on Memento and Versafine with no problem. x

for memento ink I use baby wipes to clean them off after use. for stazon I do have some stamp cleaner and sometimes have a good clean of my rubber ones (the acrylic ones never seem to stain as bad?), but dont think its necessary to use the stazon cleaner every time you use it.

can't sleep tonight hence the dawn patrol! off to work in an hour or so anyway lol. hope everyones well and sending out lots of hugs xxx

    Morning,

I did read everything last night and can't remember anything now, the wonder of sleep, I am thinking about getting a scoring board but am not sure if I would get much use out of it, ( considering I have not had time to do any crafting this week and I'm doing more hours at work in September) but they look so useful, i could be stash dreaming lol

We have the scattering of Nan's ashes this morning the children are coming with me, I have told them it's magic dust that helps Nan get to heaven and they are happy with that and it gives them a chance to say goodbye, and then I have to pop to the fish shop the new fish I got on Tuesday are just sat down the bottom of the tank, I know it can take a while for them to settle but I want to take in a water sample in case it is the water that is wrong, or they could be stressed or ill I never had this problem with the shubunkin.

Gemm, I usually use baby wipes, but sarah uses the stamping up cleaner and she has the cleaning thing that dries them as well, and they do come up lovely,

WBR I hope your dicky tummy clears up soon for you,

Rusty hope your migraine goes away fast, and that Toms room is finished for you, and your cards were lovely your mojo is still around,

    will be back later
    Take care Jo x

Thankyou!! I have loads of baby wipes, think I will always be buying them anyway cause of the kids so will just do that, I have used them before but just dont want the ink to stain my RUBs when I get my new units!!

Gemm - hope you have a good day! cant be much longer left until you get to leave? xxx

Jowri - I have a scoring board, a MS one, I do use it but not very often. I also have a blue one somewhere which was just a cheapy £10 one and has a couple of embossing bits on it, I will see if I can find it, if I can and you want it then it is yours? Let me know. Hope everything goes ok today! xxxxx

Well I got a bit more sleep than I thought I would, so up and alive, Painter arrived just before 8 and is busy already! he is doing a good job so I need to persuade OH to let him come back and re do the hall, landing, and stairs! Not heard anything about the carpet fitter, so looks like OH may be fitting it himself later on today! Going to try and get some more ironing done ..... I am still ill lol ... although migraine has eased a lot, although still there a bit but that could be normal.
I know I have promised people things, I haven't forgot, I have your names scribbled on a pad with what I need to send. Poor Choccy is waiting for stash from me still :( .....

Anyone seen choccy? hope she is ok xxx

Rusty Hope you feel better today and that the decorator gets thomas's room finished for you.

re the stamp cleaner i have the stazon one and a normal one but i don't use them every time i stamp only maybe every half a dozen times , I do use a baby wipe after every use and I do use it if i stamped loads at once. It does make a difference .

ali silver is a devil to get off the stamps i usually find baby wipes aren't good on silver unless it's still wet .

jowri i have one and though i don't use it all the time it's been very handy at times. Hope your day goes well.

Artydoll hope you're feeling a bit better today too.

Has anyone got a Magnolia Ink magazine? Can you tell me if it is worth getting for a complete beginner?

    hi Irlip
the Magnolia magazine is about £7 so I would say no as you can get good suggestions from card margazines that are around £4. I think you seem to have caught the magnolia bug :) how about looking at some magnolia challenge blogs for some inspiration there's magnolia down under , just magnolia and totally tilda . If you like magnolia so much, I think you will have good reason to buy one from your local shop :D can't think of internet stores that do magnolias with free p&p, can anyone else?

How are you getting along with your cardmaking? Sorry I seem to discourage you from spending money but it is in the spirit of MSE and also don't want you to be wasting the kind of money I did when I first started cardmaking.

Dragonllew, hope your OH is ok, must have been such a shock to get that call xxx

Wanna-b-rich, so glad your DD had a fab birthday, buff is not a word I've heard in a long time, made me smile :D. I think that is fab that Ellie wanted to take time over her presents and cards, my fellas just rip the paper off, discard and start opening the next one :o

Rusty, glad to hear your head is feeling a bit better and good news that your painter is there already, looks like things may be finished for DS coming home, bet you can't wait to see him :) Choccy's ok x

Ali, sorry to hear you're feeling rough, hope you feel much better soon but if you are poorly you are completely entitled to stay home xxx

    Hi Padster :)

I 'clean' my stamps with water and washing up liquid, seems to work ok.

Getting my hair cut today and need to get ready for tomorrow, we're off to see my lil brother and his partner tomorrow, they live near Bath/Bristol. Will be the first time I've seen them since finding out I'm going to be an auntie so can't wait :j. I've bought a ridiculously priced soft toy in Mamas and Papas to give to them :)
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain
