Afternoon all, I tried to post this this morning but forum closed and it was before 10:mad: cant remember what I have read now!
Rusty & Louby - ((hugs)) to you both
Hogshead - have a good holiday.
Rainmac - glad you had a good break. Think I am going to have to give in and join Facebook - think I am missing out on too much:o. dont know if you saw my earlier post - but have you had a nosy at Greenpixeys blog???;)
Right off for a quick sandwich. (popped into Hobbycraft and was really good - just looked:D)0 -
Rusty - hope you feel better soon. I'm not surprised you have a migraine with everything that is going on. I know it's easier said than done, but try and take things easy.
Rainmac - you're back, glad you had a nice time. I would look at your piccies, but although I have a facebook account, I don't use it often (I already spend far too much time online and if I started using facebook I would be on here even more!!)
It's DD's birthday today, so were off out to see Step Up 3D and then a meal. It's amazing she's crawled out of bed about an hour ago, showered, dressed, ate and disappeared off out! There's a pile of cards and gifts waiting to be opened, but apparently she wants to enjoy opening them, not have to rush them??!!
Madabout Cards has free shipping today - I'm not buying anything as have my eye on other stash, but it will have to wait until next month now.
Hope you all have a good day. x0 -
Afternoon all, sorry I have been AWOL my labyrinthitis kicked in with a vengence last week and I was flat on my back for 4 days and have only just got enough stability back to use the computer again today. I need to say thankyou for all the late (but beautiful) birthdays cards that have arrived and I will photograph them and add to the others on my blog hopefully later today.
Dragonllew your oh so cute " feathers" atc swap arrived this morning I love it , you must have spent ages adding all those tiny beads for her necklace and the feather in her hat is "tres chic" :rotfl:thankyou I love the card you sent too the turtle is so smart and your papers match beautifully. I have yours just about ready and hope you will forgive my lateness.
I have not managed to read back so send hugs to all who need them and yeehar to all our winners xx0 -
Rusty Sending you hugs - you really seem to be going through it at the moment. When's your painter guy coming back? I admire your patience. Have you seen this backpack.
Welcome back Rainmac - I hope you had a great time.
WBR Happy birthday to DD
OAP Sending you hugs, that sounds nasty0 -
I think Epson should pay you lot for referrals :rotfl:
After your advice ill be another Epson SX515W owner soonish
Rusty hugs xx
Hope everyone is having a good day0 -
OAP - that sounds really nasty. Don't over do things today trying to catch up x
moopie - LOL I actually think the companies that we give kudos to should send all of us freebies!!! I meant to add to my post re the Epson printers that ink refills are really cheap too, which heavily swayed my purchasing decision.0 -
Lol wouldn't it be great if they did all give you freebies! :j
Im getting a bit frustrated at the moment, I really want to buy some things to get started but trying to find background papers, card, decoupage, peel offs, sentiments etc is getting a bit confusing, why don't they do big sets that have all these things in??0 -
Moopie - Creat & Craft and QVC do kits with everything in. There are loads of free digi papers, images and sentiments on the net - I'll try and get some links for you and I'm sure others will post some. Also Madabout cards has free shipping today and has a few kits like this one0

Epson SX515W stylees! How does this printer get on with thicker cardboard? Has anyone put some real heavy duty stuff through it, the refill cartridges are not very expensive unlike my current HP at nearly £20 per colour refill at a local Computer store, which is making lean towards it. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0

Wifey - I have an HP and I buy compatible cartridges and they give good results. The last lot I bought was from Tesco when they had an offer but I buy online also for about £9-£10 and the amount of ink in the compatible ones is usually at least double that is in the original HP ones! This is the online one I use.The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0
