Making cards - Ideas for beginners (part 4)

Hi all, It's been a while.
I seem to have a little more time at the moment. I suppose I was really taking a lot on with the new shop, old shop, Blog and Facebook page lol. What with my love of Card Making, Knitting, Crochet and sewing. I have been following Blogs, just not commenting. So I hope you don't mind if I pop back and join in again.
Haven't been to too bad updating my Blog. Would just like to do a post weekly. Thats my goal. Anyway Gorgeous card and makes as always and feels lovely to be back. Hello to all the newbies and well to everyone. Not sure if you remember me as I was never a big poster but hope this will change now. xx

Hello Everyone

Just me saying hello, as it's been a while since I had time to post.

How is everyone? Hope you're all well?

I've just been so busy working that it's been hard to find time to get online as much as I used to. I'm still making cards, mainly wedding invitations at the moment, and the nappy cakes.

What's been happening with everyone then, can someone give me a quick catch up to save me reading through all the hundreds of pages! LOL

Just flying in as I've not long been back from picking up the puppy :j. She's a cutie! She's one of these, no not the boxer, just scroll down a tad to the Bichon Frise puppy pic, next one down, the little white one with the gorgeous eyes. I'll take some pics and let you know where they are as soon as I'm sorted. She's playing with the plastic outer eggy thing of a Kinder egg at the moment (my grandchildren gave me some for the cat to play with). We got back too late to get her a toy from our shops, I'll get her one tomorrow.

I'm dreading tonight when I'm sure she'll cry for her mom. I wont come down though (if I'm strong!!!).

Good job I've got a few cards in my box, I probably wont have time to do any for a little while. We want a really well behaved dog so we'll start training her asap.

Hi SallyUK, hope you are keeping well.

Another absentee returning to the fold after 3 weeks away - blushes. It's nearly 100 pages guys :eek: - glad to see the chat hasn't diminished whilst I've been away.

All is well here at Thrifty Towers - the main thing is that dh still has his job although his company is still making really ominous creaking sounds and things were a bit dodgy over the past three weeks :eek: but we are continuing to hold our breath and keep plodding on.

Mad Frog go to your blog then click on where you typed summer texture card , go to the top and right click and copy the blog addy . then go to bunny zoes and click on add your link then paste your link in then your name and email addy then click next and do as it asks . Then you can go to your blog click edit post and add i would like to enter this into the following challenges bunnyzoes crafts and link to their url. I think you have been trying to link from the edit page on your blog and not from the actual page if you see what i mean. hope this helps .

Well that's my 2nd card today finished. I bought some fairy stamps before I went to Morocco at the Range reduced to £1.40 instead of £5.99 and decided to give them a try out!!! I've just blogged the card.
