Haha make sure he leaves me some db!!
Walked to the library and it's gloriously sunny so extended the walk and am currently wandering thru the quarry park with the music blaring on my iPod..
Outfit change to:
multiple coloured floral strapless dress, topshop
gold ballet pumps
pale green mohairy shrug
hair being loose and mental but don't reeally care lol0 -
Hello - goodness it's been ages since I managed pop in here! Wouldn't it be great if there was a shop selling extra hours? I don't seem to get a spare second at the moment. Will hopefully be hanging around a bit tonight though. Right, middle daughter has just come down and demanded that I make her packed lunch for tomorrow - the joys of autism - so much for sitting down for a bit after a delightful row with the oldest daughter!0

Nic I have that skirt, love it! The back bit is lovely isn't it? (ps if anyone would like it in a size 8 I bought an 8 and a 12 and just realised I haven't taken the 8 back, eek!)
Just met my very hungover boyfriend in town. Got a kaftan/beach dress for £3 in Primark and sorted out my finances.
I'm really excited for a night in by myself tonight!0 -
Nici - how have I not seen your blog before? I'm following you now x
What a cute skirt!0 -
Now, you have all been banging on LOTS so this will be a marathon post to catch up with you all

Daisy, I do love that dress! Bargain!
I really like the second pair, but the first ones are lovely and summery to brighten up an outfit. Love wedges - all the height without compromising on comfort!
How do you guys manage to wear linen trousers without looking scruffy? I have a linen skirt on today (yes, you heard right, a skirt... more about that in a sec lol) and it was creased before I'd even started work, same with a pair of linen trousers I had. How do you stop them from creasing and looking all crunched up?Lost - I shall be living in white linens too
, I love them. So versatile!
Oh in relation to the talk about dodgy sizes, I found this article which is quite interesting http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1267074/Why-size-dress-actually-size-12.html
Anyway, yep, inspired by you lot I went for a skirt today again - wearing one for work for the second time ever... I usually wear something like THIS, but took the plunge and went for THIS today. As you can see - creased up linen... I did have skin coloured tights on but they got laddered before I'd even had them on an hour
so I had to walk round all day with laddered tights. They are lovely though, they are 'bare leg' ones from Asda and they are skin toned and matte but they just even your skin tone out a bit - like foundation for legs!
Right that'll do, I'll shut up now - have a nice evening everyone xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...

Yes I laddered my tights by trying to hoik them up subtley on my walk. It didn't work!0
-
touch wood I haven't laddered any tights in ages.
just been informed we've got some bloke coming to value the house tomorrow (no idea why haha) between 9-10am,
is it acceptable for me to be in PJs still?
0 -
I think so based on the fact it's still am!0
-
oh good! I'm talking proper PJs btw, not like see through lace stuff

Haha I've just ironed a pile of pjs and they are mostly lookig decidedly tatty.
Also ironed a pile of summery dresses, in the hope that my clothes enthusiasm comes back sometime soon...
Have got a few new things to photo for the blog when I get a chance / fond the camera, and a tag to do, and a giveaway to arrange, so I guess I'll still post, although not outfits. Just not feeling it ATM.0
