Hello Squibbs.
I'm not keen on the uggs with combats/tracksuit look personally. I would wear footbed type sandally flipflops with that outfit, but it's really whatever you'd feel more comfortable in.
I'm feeing really rough today, really achey with a bad throat/chest/ears.
Pretty sure I caught it off PF!
DH let me have a lie in so only just got up.
Wearing today for comfort:
Grey Jeggings - £6 Tesco
Grey t- shirt with black polka dots and cut out heart at the back. - £4 Primark.
Hope you all have a lovely day xx0 -
yay for lie in Vicki!

flat black boots: dps0 -
hi squibbs and welcome to the thread, what about a pair of pumps the plimsoll type? although I think uggs would be fine, I've got uggs and I'm 36 in may but know what you mean though in some shops some of the stuff I feel too old for.
Was worried i'd look too old in those too LOL
I dont want to look to young but nor do i want to look too old
I normally keep the 'uggs' for leggings or jeans, wouldnt dream of wearing them with anything else, i would feel way too self consious!!!!
Today, i'm wearing jeans, white tshirt and the lime green cardi i mentiond before!
Thanks for your advice!

Hi everyone,
Just stumbled across this thread and I am in need of some fashion advice. If it's not the right place to post, just tell me to get lost!!
I have a wedding to go to in a couple of weeks time and have bought this maxi dress. I need advice on shoes and accessories!! I assume flat sandals are probably best with a maxi dress (yes??), but what would go best, gold or silver? Or am I way off the mark!!? I never really fancied a maxi dress before and tried it on in desparation so quite surprised that I like it in on.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Fitzio,
Lovely dress. I think gold would look great with the dress, and I'd say flat sandals too. I think silver would work too though so it would probably depends on your colouring as to what would look best. I tend to go for cool golds or bronzes though rather than silver with my cool colouring as I think it looks classier lol!0 -
Hi Fitzio
I'd agree with Vicki, I'd try and and get flat sandals in gold/ silver too to match the accessories, personally I would also go for a long necklace to go with the line of the dress, getting an outfit for a wedding I always think is quite stressful, my advice would be to go with what you feel happy with.0 -
oh and todays outfit
black leggings Tesco £5
Topshop long pocket tshirt via CS £1
Nude pumps Primark £8
Didn't make it to the rummage but went to do the supermarket shop and came out with two pairs of shoes mmm now how did that happen;)0 -

Ha ha join the club Lola. I can highly recommend the "nitty gritty" comb though it was so easy and got them all out.
Hope you manage to get rid of them xx0
