Hello! Just found time to pop in, I've been sewing today (if you've seen my blog you'll know what!) which for some reason always makes me feel a bit on another planet.
I'd just llike to say that if anyone ever gets offended by me I honestly don't mean it, I'm just not very good with words. I'm never intentionally offensive and most of the time if someone is offensive to me I don't even notice.

Since I'm here I'll do an outfit post-
Bright patchwork skirt (ChopstixWaits on Etsy)
    black remade top (me)
    black opaques
much pinker hair (courtesy of a different dye, unfortunately it's dying everything I touch too!)
  • Hi,

Hugs to everyone who's said they're feeling a bit coldy/fluey - have started sneezing loads too but hopefully it won't come to anything.

Well, I've been from Glasgow to Slough (ooooooooooh, the glamour!) and back today. I tell my friends I get to fly to London to make it sounds more exciting. ;)

Got a digital camera for Christmas, but haven't got a memory card yet or worked out how the thing works but it's on my to-do list cos I'll need to start doing outfit posts on the blog soon - although it seems like such a hugely scary prospect! Does it get easier as you get used to it??

Daisy - thanks so much for my blog comment today, my very 1st one! Very special :j

Have put a pic of a pair of boots I'm thinking of buying up there - would really appreciate advice, bearing in mind I'm a size 7 at best (secretly a size 8 in most high street shops :o).

Hope everyone's where you want to be tonight.

    xx

Did 40 lengths of the pool without stopping tonight - am knackered but feeling proud of my fitness levels cos there's no way I could have managed it a few months ago :D

Luckily our local pool is quite decent and I like the nightime lane swim :) Couldn't cope with doing it at 6am though!!

Retro, you are worrying too much ATM. :( Vicki is perhaps the least likely among all to take things the wrong way.

I'd keep it too...for a while anyway. Eventally you'll be able to do otherwise, but why stress now?

Retro I just read that and thought EXACTLY the same thing as lost. Nobody needs to take the hump here*** and I think you are a total sweetheart so stop worrying!

*** well, "age-appropriate" got me going a bit this morning (lost!!) , but definitely not in a take-the-hump kinda way!!
