I fear he ugly head of depression may be rearing up again...I dont know why Im just finding it really hard to be happy about anything atm Im so lonely atm I have no one to talk to except OH and he just doesnt get it sometimes...Im so bad i even said I hated him atm...which I dont and I find it a really strong word and try not to use it anyway...feel like Im losing my marbles.
Sorry dont want to bring everyone down (again) anyone chuck me a hug overi feel so embarrassed and ashamed of myself...
*hugs*
No apologies darling, and PM me if you want a listening ear, I may not be much use, but I'd love to try and give something back to you wonderful people
Coco- welcomesorry bit early for me to be of any use, but we'll get you sorted
I love the shoes, especially the first pair! I hope you have a successful shopping trip
Argh
so.tired. I read a book last night, an entire book, something I've not managed in ages. Haa.
Part of my wants to blame a lucky charm induced sugar rush, but if it was...then it was soooo worth it0 -
Ugh how annoying. I still feel queasy this morning, as though ive eaten too much or something..but I didn't even finish the tea last nite :-/ so I don't see how I could have!
Oh bank holidays are frustrating I agree tsabo..Sunday nights were always the worst for ppl getting drunk because of the novelty of being able to go out on a Sunday!
Wondering what the shops opening times are like today, there are people camping on the showground, so I can't go running there this morning, so may head into town later for some exercise.0 -
Char, it could be the opposite and your body is telling you that you haven't eaten enough0
-
Hmm you could be right I guess..
What to have for breakfast..0 -
I may not be very good at taking care of myself, but I do know a lot about how the body works
Breakfast...whatever you fancy...would it be worth keeping cereal bars or something in your flat for days when you need breakfast but have no appetite?0 -
Morning girls! Groan, only 4 hours sleep and I'm on duty in work today so doing 8am-6pm
Still I get two days in lieu for it so it could be worse...
Outfit is a mixture of probably clashing blues and purples:
Royal blue tunic - DP
Violet tights - Primark
Purple cardi - Primark
Purple scarf - present from NY from my brother
Pink star necklace - etsy or ebay
Silver stone ring - Primark
Silver rose studs - Tesco
coco - love the first pair! How can we help with your shopping trip?0 -
Yes cereal bars would be a good idea I think, I may venture to tesco later on to stock up on some basics and back-up things which can be kept in the cupboards fr times like these..
Alex I hope work isn't too bad when you're sleepy, you should reward yourself with an early night tonite when u get home if u can0 -
Alex- hope work goes okay
PF- good girly
I'm bored,
lol parents both off but not up so I have no-one to talk to and I've been awake most of the night.
At least I should be going out with Mum later,
was meant to meet a friend later, but she's going out with another friend instead and I'd rather she did that as she'll have more fun.0 -
Aw daisy I hope you have a nice day..my dad was annoyed I wasn't going up to Wales with the family today, I said I'll go up tomorrow, but just felt like I wanted a day to myself..so tired recently and I know I won't relax as well with my sisters arguing with each other all the time lol0
-
