Afternoon all
I had a terrible night's sleep - I seem to be going a bit insomniac at the moment and it's very very annoying.
Outfit is:
Straight leg jeans - Primark
Cowboy boots - Evans
Black vest - Primark
Grey off the shoulder top - DP
Black velvet blazer - Evans
Cream pashmina - dunno
And various bits of jewellery.0 -

Ugh my head hurtsI lay awake not able to sleep until about 5. Have just woken up now and am therefore running late :-/
Afternoon all!
Urgh PF I get this all the time...the more I think about sleeping the less likely I am to do it! I very rarely get what you would call a good nights sleep and when I do I feel wasted in the morning as Ive slept too deeply...I think Im used to getting around hours of broken sleep, Im such a light sleeper if its not a noise that wakes me up its my own head....I generally look like death warmed up until lunchtime then Im ok and have energy all day lol

I've had my hair done, and had a nap
and just got off the phone with CPN who has put the wheels in motion.
I have an informal meeting with one of the unit doctors next Thursday (at 9:30am, eek!) to discuss what will happen, time frames etc.

Afternoon ladies,
not had much chance to post the last few days as it's been so busy at work, plus the internet there is still on go slow at the minute. It's almost like the old days of dial up!
Retro, PF - I'm like that sleepwise. The more I think about it, the less likely I am to get to sleep. Now if I'm lying there stewing about not sleeping, I just read until I'm tired enough to sleep. I never sleep well if I have an early shift the next day (my body clock is set to night owl) and four hours is usually the norm then, although it's sometimes been less.
Daisy - sounds like things are moving quite quickly. It must feel pretty scary, but hopefully you'll get the right support.
I'm off out soon, I've got a voucher for a free Aveda personal blned product which needs to be redeemed by today, and I might see if I can get a new pair of shoes. I wish Office would have a sale!
Currently wearing:
A-line knee length jersey skirt, black and grey chevron stripe pattern (M&S latest sale £7)
black ribbed cardigan
black pointelle lace tights
Maroon suede chunky heels (Nine West, Fenwick sale 2 yrs ago)0 -
Daisy - it's good that you're actually getting the appointments though?
Char - hope you manage some sleep tonightSounds really unpleasant.
