Tara, that dress was in Primark, they were all hidden amongst the beach section, but two of them were definitely not beachwear.

Egg lovers....poached egg, or fried egg...still only 90 calories, also works well on a crumpet...the yokl drips into the holes instead of butter. Lots of crumpets are aroun the 80 kcal mark. Egg and crumpet is another standard meal for me...............
