GG the patchwork quilt sounds fab, I really want to make myself one, but have so many projects mounting up, and managed to break one of my needles on the seeing machine this evening as I wasn't paying attention and tried to see thru a safety pin lol

Grrrrrrr! I just feel like a bit of a mug..
It took me a long time, best part of a year really, to fully move on from the horrible ex, so I've been overly cautious and taken a lot of persuading that things needn't always be so difficult. And now that I get to a place where I think i can move on fully, the person who seemed to be guiding me thru gets too scared lol. Oh well. Life happens I guess and at least it has taught me that things did get better when k really didn't know how they ever could.

Don't really know how to feel. On one hand, he's been saying
this for a while, so not exactly a suprise. But he hasn't been letting it affect him like this. I feel sad because this was a good friend, hence my initial reservation about the whole situation.

my sisters are kidnapping me to drag me round the shops with them to cheer me up..which means i have about an hour of skirt-making time before I need to get up/go!
