She's definitely a dedicated follower of fashion! Although it does tend to be very much her own style.
I'm loving all your blogs by the way - I'm a long time lurker“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

Hola ladies! Hope you're all well on this blustery Friday eve. OH and I are having a quiet one - just polished off some yummy fajitas and a glass of pear cider... we've retreated to the sofa with the rest of the bottle!
Thought some of you would be interested in the bargain I found today - I've been looking for a patchwork quilt for months and months, never have any luck in charity shops and the ones I'd seen in Ikea and Matalan were too expensive (£50 and £35 respectively). A quick browse in my beloved Primark and I came across the perfect patchwork! It has a lovely vintage feel with cute roses and pink patterns. I just adore it, and it was only £15! Fab.
Anyway, onto fashion. Today I wore:
Denim skirt
Cream tights
Pink tee
Cream sequin cardigan
Brown brogues
Bird ring
Happy weekend!0 -

My DD asked for these for Xmas - I really have no idea how she walks in them!finances disaster but baby-stepping back to security:
2024 let's do this !!0 -
I'm back...dh loved the outfit I was still in the supermarket when his train came in so he walked in to find we and we had an outrageous snog by the tinned fruit and got a cheer
I also had a bit of a flirt, which was great. Being flirted with is so much more meaning ful when older and overweight, it put a spring in my step and had primed me perfectly for the outrageous in public snog!0 -
Oooh lost you hussy!
Hurrah for snogs though, it all sounds terribly romantic xx0 -

I agree - at least my DD is 18.
I don't understand why we need to sexualise everything?!
Anytime is good for a flirt, especially as an almost 40 year old married female - I love it!“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

Hi Philippa
Nice to see you've started a blog (I click on everyone's name on the off chance they've got one and glad I wasn't disappointed).0 -
Lost - love it
Have had a jolly nice evening - will review the film on the blog tomorrow. I was SO restrained in Primark and was totally spend neutral. Returned one cardi (£11) and bought mascara, a ring, a black vest, a floral vest, a purple cardi and some polka dot satin scarves (total cost £11)There are some truly gorgeous dresses in there at the moment but I was strong willed and didn't get any. Would have picked up a few more little cardis (wanted white, green and/or blue) and they had rails and rails of them - ALL size 8! How very annoying.

Daisy, by the confusing one I didn't mean the evil ex, meant the guy thts liked me for ages - apparently
although having just spent an hour or so on the phone to him he says he rly likes me but it's too complicated so we shud stop seeing each other before it gets too deep. I feel like !!!! now
GG the patchwork quilt sounds fab, I really want to make myself one, but have so many projects mounting up, and managed to break one of my needles on the seeing machine this evening as I wasn't paying attention and tried to see thru a safety pin lol
think I'm taking some sleeping tabs now to try and get some sleep rather than crying any more0 -
Ooh, Alex I could do with some cardis. Pity my nearest Primark is in the town I don't go very often - shall have to make a special journey.0
