Well I went to the parentals' house after work this eve to give little sis her bday present. And ended up falling asleep there
have only just got home now which is frustrating as I had intended to go to the gym but it is now too late
and I'm still tired, I hate this phase. Haven't done this since about 4 yr's ago when I could barely muster the energy to get up/ leave the house
please don't get worse !

I've decided on dragging the OH to Primark (possibly on Thursday) to see if I can get something nice. I really want a boyfriend cardi, some PJs and some maybe some cheap accessories. I could wait till Good Friday then I would have been paid but then I'd be tempted to spend more? Argh!0

They support my ankles really well as the straps are thick and sturdy and the wedge heel distributes the pressure on my feet evenly. Honestly - the ones I linked to on the NL site look very similar and just as comfy! Look out for their £10 off all shoes offers (they seem to do this quite a bit, that's how I got mine for cheap) as well.
It was meThanks hun, I shall go and have a look at them once I get paid. Anyone have any New Look contacts who can tell me when the next £10 off shoes offer is on?

Same here although I'm very fussy about the shape of the wedge as I don't like them to be narrow at the back. They're a godsend for work though - I can't wear heels inside the house so if I wear proper heels to work then I'm constantly hopping between those and one of the several pairs of flats that live under my desk.piratefairy wrote: »Well I went to the parentals' house after work this eve to give little sis her bday present. Maybe it's just your body trying to catch up a bit? Hope you get some more rest tonight.
Nikki - set yourself a £30 limit, I bet you'll be able to get loads for that.0 -
PF - Aw hun I hope you feel better soon (hugs)
Alex - I think there is a 20% off voucher running for New Look at the moment which apparently includes sale items (which is rare for new look, it's usually full price items only) think it runs til 11th April
Morning everone, its stupid o'clock and I've been up since even stupider o'clock, I didn't know there was a 4.45am!
I do plan to get dressed today and then get changed for cleaning job this afternoon, oterwise all my pretty things are going unloved. Must buy and post mum's birthday card (most important job of the day!) and buy some deep heat for my shoulder which for the last couple of days has been really painful, I think I slept funny a couple of nights ago and now if I extend my arm a certain way I'm in agony grr.
Anyone else up at this ungodly hour?*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
Nikki you could do what I always do and just take your limit of cash, and leave rye cards at home..a little extreme perhaps, but has worked for me in the past lol0
