Oh Alex don't get me started on O2. Get out if you can, and keep all contracts and docs too. They sold a fake debt of around £250 to a debt collection agency around 3 years after I left them.0

as Im glad Im not the only one....it doesnt get easier they just get louder :rotfl:
Yes I have to agree I'm afraid! Libby is 4 in July and the tantrums don't happen so often but they're louder and she speaks very well...... I think the trick is to perfect the art of ignoring people giving the looks, I'm sure their kids never had a tantrum??;)
Daisy - the lady I work with had some of those crisps, I'll ask her where she got them.
I was going to iron tonight but really can not be bothered!!0 -
Ahhh, Retro and Claire, you could have lied and told me it is a phase that only lasts a few weeks. I was really smug and thought we'd get away with no terrible twos (how naive?) as Dylan's speech and understanding is pretty good so thought by reasoning with him, as we've done so far we would be OK.
Today really threw me and I did end up thinking "what would Supernanny do?" and I totally don't like her either - just clutching at straws.0 -

until then lol
I'm a HUGE fan of late 90s/early 00s pop punk! I can usually identify your titles and they always have me scrambling for my iTunes to sing along!
I'm actually extremely excited about Leeds/Reading Festival this year - the rumoured lineup is very similar to the first time I ever went, aged 17. Such fantastic music!0 -
Hello everyone! I cannot believe it's 10 to 10. WHERE does the time go?! Argh.
I'm cuddled up on the sofa with a blanket, waiting for OH to return from band practice. Today I wore:
Floral printed circle skirt
Long grey tee
Chambray cropped shirt
Grey wool tights
Brown leather wedges
Brown plaited belt
Owl face ring
I *think* it was Alex who asked me on the blog how comfortable the wedges are - they are honestly the most comfortable non-flat shoes I own. They support my ankles really well as the straps are thick and sturdy and the wedge heel distributes the pressure on my feet evenly. Honestly - the ones I linked to on the NL site look very similar and just as comfy! Look out for their £10 off all shoes offers (they seem to do this quite a bit, that's how I got mine for cheap) as well.0 -
I love my wedges! Cant wait for it to get warm so I can wear them again i agree they are very comfortable a good way to wear a heel without a heel iykwim?**"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin."**0

Evening everyone,
I'm still trying to catch up with you all ! Will read back I think, instead of starting at page 12 lol
Took the kids to see Alice in Wonderland after school/early evening (DH away tonight) - it was fab :T !!! I think I enjoyed it more than the kids:rotfl:
Outfit today wasn't anything exciting:
Skinny jeans
100% organic cotton turquoise T-shirt (CS)
Grey cardigan (20p jumble sale)
Black boots (again)
Turquoise necklace
I'm still waiting to wear my dresses but it's still a bit too cold brrrrrrrrrrr.
Right off to catch up on all your escapades, back in a bit xx

another wedge fan. I have to say, I prefer the look of ''proper heels'' but wedges are just so comfortable.....0

I think I have similar music taste too as I always love your blog titles PF! Can't wait for Leeds festival too. I'm only going one day this year and i'm scared I wont be able to pick come monday night. Aah!
New Look and Matalan are my favourite for shoes. I'm not too sure about wedges though, but I suppose I need something other than flat ankle boots come summer.0 -

I recognised it too
I couldn't remember who it was or what song though so i just googled it and am going to make a spotify playlist later of all the pop punk stuff i used to like to listen too as i sadly don't own many CDs from when i was that age and i had a mishap with the computer & lost all my old music. I can't remember if i went to see them but i did deffo see rise against, new found glory, allister, greenday, hidden in plain view, i am the avalanche, hellogoodbye... ah nostalgia
Lost, I love the doggy!
Only ever had pet fish & hamsters in our house. The hamster's really lazy, i've been back since yesterday and only seen him pop out for a bit of cheese (i'm making cheese & onion bread in the breadmaker) Smells done i think... yummy...
grammargirl i don't think i've read your blog before so you can feel stalked for the next few mins0
