Cereal and fruit juice or smoothies is good too. You can juice your own fruit for optimum freshness.0 -

That's the trouble with a lot of cereals (especially with chocolate in), they're too easy to eat.
I have Weetabix (Tesco own brand) and have to have milk on and microwaved so they're warm and mushy and I can't eat them raw..0 -
Lost, I can't stomach fruit juice, I never could as a kid either...odd ball me!0

i could just about cope with coco pops when i was younger, but cannot stand the idea of choc cereals lol..
i used to like sugar puffs (i think??), and there were some golden/cinammon square ones which we were allowed as a treat in the school hols lol0 -

I simply don't have cereal now. Funnily enough when I was slim I almost lived on bran flakes. Now though I just don't find them satisfying in the decent portion, or sould-satisfying.
I have porridge a fair bit though.:)0 -
