Oh cereal and yoghurt might be a good way to get my calories up when I'm able to! thanks for that idea PF :)

Cereal and fruit juice or smoothies is good too. You can juice your own fruit for optimum freshness.

There is a new cereal out with chocolate inside now too.

PF- I dont *do* milk on cereal, I just grab a handful dry :D

That's the trouble with a lot of cereals (especially with chocolate in), they're too easy to eat.
I have Weetabix (Tesco own brand) and have to have milk on and microwaved so they're warm and mushy and I can't eat them raw..

At the risk of sounding horribly preachy, you need to look after yourself a bit more sweetie.

i used to like sugar puffs (i think??), and there were some golden/cinammon square ones which we were allowed as a treat in the school hols lol

I simply don't have cereal now. Funnily enough when I was slim I almost lived on bran flakes. Now though I just don't find them satisfying in the decent portion, or sould-satisfying.

I have porridge a fair bit though.:)
