I use goats milk which is 'spensive
but I justify it on at least I drink it...I spent years not getting any calcium, so a bit of expenditure is preferable

Retro - Is that skimmed?0

The goats milk? Comes in skimmed, semi and full. Tesco do their own brand which is cheaper but they dont do skimmed, and I cant get my head round anything else yet.0

Thanks DB! I meant Retro, I'm obsessed with cutting our Milk budget further. I'm tempted to water down a full fat for us adults as I've seen O/S ers are doing this. We get calcium and vitamins from our food so it should be OK I think.
I can't stand goats milk or cheese, but glad you're able to drink it DB, it's so important to get enough calcium, I'd hate to think of your poor bones when you get older.
I'll get off my milky soapbox now, I feel like a right bossy boots this evening - I should get a badge that says "Nutrition Police" lol.

Haha I realised after
I like Bossy Vicki, I'm a geek with all things nutrition despite not applying it to myself0 -

I'm so very sorry. Good luck wishes for Clint.0 -
Thanks for the link Retro, when you said purple it did make me think I'd seen it. I saw the 0.75% fat and thought it was a mega skimmed version (yuk!) but just looked at the fat/cals and it looks OK.
Dylan still has full fat milk at the moment, they can have semi skimmed from 2 years though so I need to look into changing it but want to make sure he gets enough fat in his diet before I cut out anything.0
