Jeans are not supposed to be washed til after something like 4/5 wears are they as they mould to your shape.....well I dont wash mine that often so thats my excuse and Im sticking to it!

Tops, vests, undies etc have to be washed after one wear I cant help it Im afraid. Dresses, cardis etc after a few wears.

And even though I am erm ample in that department I cannot wear a bra to bed!! Bras are instruments of torture at the best of times for me so I like feeling free when Im asleep lol I will probably regret that when Im 50 and they skim my ankles lol

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
The other day I put my clean skinny jeans on, made pancakes for breakfast and beat the batter a bit too enthusiastically, totally forgot I have an apron I made for things like that! Sponging didn't work so they had to go straight in the wash grrr...

Tsbao, I'm just too busy/lazy/tried really, plus laundry is expensive and clothes don't last as long, lots of excuses!
I also admit to sponging off dirty areas, like if I've spilled something a bit, babywipes are brilliant for doing that!

I think obsessive laundry and washing is very over-rated lol!

Se I love laundry. Its one of my favourite chores. I love the smell of it, the idea of it...I even like doing it, I hand wash a few times a week too, and love that! Its just the amounts of it. Having had a day off I've had both  washing machines (one dog, one human) going all morning. Its ridiculously expensive to buy detergent which I kind of resent. I always use the cheapest value ones for the gods, but I spend more on ours because of scents, usually supermarket own, but not value ones. Sometimes I'm beguiled by others though. I've got to buy more washing stuff tomorrow :(

When Jasmine was a baby we used washable nappies for her and there was nothing better than seeing the airer outside with a load of pristine white terry nappies blowing away......

I cannot bear hanging out wet washing, or doing the ironing, or most laundry related chores :(

I do my mum's ironing because she pays me - she hates it even more than I do! I iron as little as possible of my own stuff though. Tedious job.
