Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Hello ladies,

Afraid I've been very remiss in posting here this last month, but it's been a pretty hectic month, all in all.

Goan, what a lovely idea to raise money.

Lost, so sorry to hear about your dh's aunt. Good luck with the house - I remember that headless chicken feeling so well when we bought our house. I was so terrified we wouldn't get it, and things just seemed to drag on forever. How are the chicks doing?

Vicki, loving the idea of a giant bra instead of a ribbon. :rotfl:

Have spent way too much on clothes recently, but that's for another post I think :o Still, it's not something I make a habit of so what the heck!

I'm suffering from a really badly strained shoulder at the moment, so today's outfit is designed for comfort and ease of putting on.

    long black vest (H&M)
black & rose patterned tiered floaty top (Tesco)
    3/4 sleeve black cropped cardigan
    grey skinny jeans
    dark grey suede ankle boots
    vintage Pagan perfume bottle pendant

very well, they are quite big. As well as the two who were always going to be boys I think the very beautiful Alison might turn out to be an ''Alec''. She got girl style feathers, but boy style head furnishings (comb etc). So s/he's on the maybe list. Things are getting tight inthedog crate, they go out into a broody coop at during the day but that's going to be snug before too long as well. They are still a little young to be ut at night, and I don't want to get a new coop here, because of moving etc.

They are sizey, but still small enough to be a snack to the buzzards, who keep flying over. Otherwise I'd seriously consider putting them in with the grown ups (who are sitting on MORE eggs now ). In fact, I've got only one egg for me yesterday and I dropped that:o:mad:.

Glad it got to you safely and in time PF, and what luck about the Premium Bonds!
Lost - glad the chicks are doing well, poor Alec/Alison - I wonder if she/he knows that there is so much confusion over their gender!
JudgeJaq I look forward to hearing more about your spluges.

Just had a big tights splurge on the way back from my exam. Sadly a lot of the stock i had my eye on had gone but i still got 5 pairs for 50p each.

Also new sandles & a top from peacocks :)

eep, managed to negotiate the (borrowed) mercedes into a space in asda car park, which i felt was quite an achievement in itself!
and i got the three tickets for the cinema, with a warning to get there early if we want seats together..and now one of my friends with the cinema card ahs text to ask if i can get hers as well as they wont let her get one in advance with her card..
which i htink is ridiculous, as it will be sold out by tomorrow, and she pays a monthly fee for as many films as she wants to see - how cna htere be a limit on that?!

A shop that sells topshop/dorothy perkins/burtons stuff... i dont know what it was called... my bag says dorothy perkins & the reciept says burtons. Theyre in damaged packaging.

I am kicking myself for not getting the polka dot ones yesterday even though they might have been too small!

That sounds rubbish about the cinema. I really would have thought you could reserve like normal considering how much those subscriptions cost.

Nice one! What a fab surprise.

Vicki - looking forward to seeing the pics of the bra, what a great idea.

Hope Daisy's getting on well. She tweeted yesterday morning to say she'd arrived and it alll felt a bit surreal, but nothing since.

Doing the blog has made me realise that I wear the same pairs of skinny jeans pretty much every single day so I'm having a style challenge - complete jeans ban for 1 week.

    Anyone want to join me?

    xx
