Can someone help please ?i am having real problems with connecting with the internet.
I always go on msn explorer then click on ny name (icon) my password then i connect.
Dont know what has gone wrong but when i try to connect now a message comes up saying Messenger is not installed this is a critical part of msm.
i then click to repair but then it asks me to tell msm about the problem which i do and still nothing happens .
Have i caused the problem ?
Not very clever with problems or what to do.
Help
