Seems an interesting tool but I don't know how effective it will be since it all depends on the ad not being removed and price changes being updated.0 -

I notice earlier in this thread that there was some discussion regarding the Bulgarian property market.
I remember that a colleague of mine had bought at least one property (maybe two) out there, a few years back, following Bulgaria's inclusion on some property show (I think it might have been some Location, Location spin-off).
I don't know how long ago it was, but I would guess 2007.
I have not spoken to him about it since, and am no longer in touch with him, but I just wondered what had happened to prices out there.0
