YES!!! Good news.
The creditors meeting was held on Monday. Nat West bank had a few issues with the proposal but these were resolved yesterday and it has now been accepted. Phew!!!
I am SO relieved. I can't believe it. All sorts of things have been going through my mind this week and I've hardly slept.
Once the funds held by my IP have been split between the creditors and they have confirmed receipt, I will get my completion certificate.
Next thing I suppose will be to sort out my credit file, but all in good time. Just want to have a rest after the stress of the last few months.
Thank you so much Charco for all the advice.

Ach geeze, I'm so pleased!
You did so well - sounds like you basically sorted out your ex's IVA too!? Ah well, can't have everything.
Well done!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Yeh I think you're right about that but at least I'm no longer financially connected to him so that's got to be a bonus and worth the hassle. lol
Thanks again :jThere We Are Then !!0 -
Hi,
Just read your thread congraulations...
Just out of curiousity did you offer a full and final settlement to what you've already paid into the IVA and they accepted???
Wasnt sure if I understood

Wow fantastic news.
It might be a bit over the top, but as you are now going to start to repair your credit file, I would suggest sending a "Notice of Disassociation" to each of the three Credit Reference agencies. That will then show that you are no longer financially connected to your ex.0 -
Thank you both.
Gem - no, I didn't offer a full and final settlement - they accepted that what had already been paid in was all that we (individually) could afford. So no more payments need to be made (in fact I had already stopped paying when we split up in February).
Jarvy, I will certainly be contacting the Credit Reference agencies, and I will no doubt be back on here for more advice. There We Are Then !!0
