Wow..such a good deal for both phones. How did you manage to get that price?0 -
I was quoted that price originally by retension but then phone was not out and my phone wasnt up till 28th june but when i phone to take the deal with E900 they refused to give me discount 500 deal so i complained and got the deal above. the advisor at customer is very good.0

I have been waiting for an opportunity to get a K800i and have been looking around for the best deal. My motivations are similar to yours as I have a 3 1/2 year old boy and a good quality camera phone is a lot more convenient that carrying a camera around.
Looking at the K800i from O2 at The Link you'll see it has a 3.2 Mega Pixel camera, and if previous Sony Ericssons my friends have got are anything to go bu it's easy to use.
The Nokia N91 from O2 only has a 2 Mega Pixel camera. The best thing about the N91 is the 4 GB hard drive which is great if you use the phone as an mp3 player.
Let us know what one you decide to go for. I'm pretty set on the K800i as my 3 year old digital camera that originally cost £350 is only 3.2 M pixels!

I personally think K800i is better and I'm planning to get one too by retension, but I was given £25/month with 125mins and 100txts, a free K800i and £90 credit free. Doesn't look as good as yours! Which network and which shop are you on?0 -
I have taken some pictures with K800i as i been using from last two weeks and got a say that the picture quality is fantastic but we notice one thing after taking picture when u check your camera album the pictures shows Blur to start with the within seconds u get sharp quality, m not sure if its with all k800i or just my phone doing it please anyone else using let know if they experiencing same as me. else i love the camera phone0

Mine does the same. I guess it's the dithering. You get the same when you load some web pages in a browser.0

i would wait a little longer till the nokia n73 is out, and then compare the k800i with it!
i hear its supposed to be a very good phone!0 -
If your major focus point is on having a camera - remember this:
The N91 will take good pictures in daylight conditions
The K800i will take good pictures in nearly all conditions.. even pitch darkness, the flash is just as good as on a regular camera.
You can pick up a 1gb memory card (500 or so photos) for 32.99 from mymemory.co.uk, that should be plenty enough. I'm going to buy the cheaper 512mb one myself.0
