  • i have loan with paragon thru loans.co.uk and it is secured loan and until now i'm still paying with it together with PPI. i tried to stop the PPi as we dont need it but the difference was something like £7-10 only when in fact in our agreement it states £97 for 108 months.
do i have the rights to reclaim my ppi under the law? i took the loan since 2005.
    thank you.
