Hi folks,
I've just found our old loan agreement that we took out in 2004 with loans.co.uk. The actual loan was with Endevour Personal Finance. And had PPI on it. I want to claim it back as it was missold. Do I claim back from loans.co.uk or endevour ?
Thanks in advance

Hi there
You would write to loans.co.uk to reclaim if these are the ones who sold you the finance, the lender then was Endeavour.
My lender was Endeavour with one of mine too but I had to pursue to the broker, so in your case loans.co.uk.
More info on link below with guidelines of reclaiming, template letters to help you through this and a checklist of mis selling reasons, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, post by recorded delivery for your proof of posting and keep at them.

Arh right, do you have a company number shown on your paperwork, in case they have a few?
But otherwise yes write to both, one of them is bound to get back, the right ones then.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I also had some problems with stuff being sold in 2006,
I contacted them though the web site, To be told that they went into administration in 2006, and the web site address loans.co.uk belongs to someone else with no ties with loans.co.uk Lmd.0 -

Well. I have had a final response from loans.co.uk. Surprise surprise they cliam that the PPI was not mis-sold.
Looks like i'm having to go all the way and complain to the FOS.
Fingers crossed it goes the same way as my complaint with First Plus.0 -

So sorry to hear this.
Was the final decision?
If not then write back to them first and tell them you want this case reconsidered as you strongly believe the product was mis sold to you and anything else you can thing of to strengthen your complaint, but otherwise your correct in going the FOS direction.
Make sure you enclose a copy of the final letter with the complaints form, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
