I'm confused. What have they to do with mobilephonesdirect.co.uk? My experience with mobiles.co.uk (and that of a LOT of others on this site) is anything but "good". I have no experience of the OP's company though.

I've used them. Got a HTC Hero on an 18 month T-Mobile contract from them. The phone came in days and I got my £50 cashback and free accessories within the month. No complaints what so ever! Thumbs up from me.

Be careful. Their aftersales is shocking should anything need replacing or anything not be as it should.
They were perfectly nice to me until after a month of not recieving a car kit they promised.
I politely complained and asked when I would recieve it. They lied and lied...bad company!
