Ugh, Orange !

My contract with orange is up on March 9th. With this is mind I asked them if they would give me MORE "X" network mins. for the same or less money. I added that I accepted orange don't make anything out of me, however I felt I should receive consideration.

It seems I have to wait untill that magical date of March 9th and then ask for retentions. If they say "yes", then ok, but if they say "no", my choice is to make do with what I've got, or be in a position to quote what other providers are offering and hope they do a match.

My monthly bill, all included may only be £30 approx, but it only take a million users to spend £30 and surely, that must account for SOME profit, so please, no smart answers about being a lowly spender.
