on the processor side of things, will you be willing to wait a few weeks (27 July i think), for the new intel processors to come out, this should drop the price of pcs, and the new ones will be a lot faster too

    do u have budget restrictions?

i appreciate there is no difference in the specs of a tft and a crt, but i had a 19" crt for a few years and thought it was fine, it was only until i got a 19" tft that i now have the use of half my desk back and it does look so much neater. Well worth it if you can budget for it.

I also prefer Mesh, excellent systems, easy access and top notch support

Only £100 odd more and this will do what your sis and bil require.

The original PC you specified although basic, should do the tasks you need. If you have a tight budget of £300 and you're not bothered about a TFT screen then, this is likely to be the best deal. If you need a functional PC for a low price, looking cool should be well down on your list of priorities.

Don't forget to use Quidco for cashback on Dell.
