Just wondered if anyone knew how this works.... Turkish Airlines through our booking with Netflights have altered my travel arrangement to such an extent that I had to cancel (change of departure airport, massive time change etc)....
so Netflights phone Turkish Airlines who agree to a 'free' refund (I should blooming well thing so).... minus this fee of £13.... I know it's not a lot, but still.... anyway, copied this paragraph from Netflights Terms and Conditions... just wondered if anyone actually could justify this for me, as at the moment with a totally scuppered holiday (booked since October), I am obviously annoyed at any loss of money whatsoever....

b) Other Travel Arrangements;
In the unlikely event that a booking or part of a booking has to be cancelled, for any other reason than non-payment, then a full refund for that part will be made of all monies paid on receipt from the supplier, less insurance premiums, Airline Failure Protection and ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) where applicable
