It wouldn't worry me if i wanted to buy off someone if they had no feedback. Everyone has to start from somewhere. Some people have different accounts for buying and selling. Everyone has to start somewhere... I did, and I started by buying. I tried selling early and got nowhere.
I'd certainly avoid buying high-value items from a 0 seller... that's scammer territory I'm afraid.My TV is broken!
