Hello
I have just joined TMobile and have been with them for a few weeks, I checked the online coverage chart on the website before bought the phone where it says my work and home address I should get a signal BUT I struggle to make calls and texts if I can send them are delayed. Is there a way I can get out, I have complained but am waiting for a responce.
Surely I was mislead by there site and that this is clear breach of contract on there part.
On another note I bought the phone through E2save and when I called Tmobile they said that handset was not avaliable on Tmobile.
Please Help!!!

Sorry if this sounds harsh but no you can't cancel due to lack of coverage. No mobile operator can give 100% coverage and you should have tried various different PAYG SIMS (which are generally available for free or for next to nothing) before committing to a long term contract. Learn from your mistake! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

I'm in the same position with '3'.
The reception is woeful at home. They did a signal test while I was on the phone to them, and despite the fact the call disconnected on 4 occasions due to the poor coverage, they reckoned there was sufficient network coverage in my area. At work, the reception is perfect.
O2, Orange and T-Mobile signals are perfect at my house - but needless to say I'll not be renewing with '3' in October.0
