    My mum needed a new phone and so I recommended this to her. She went in and bought it (which cost £14.68?!) and there's no £10 top up. Am I doing something wrong?

    I had a look instore and it was also this price but had on the box £10 top up. HTH

    Had a fiddle around and looked through the book from cover to cover, ringing the numbers etc, going to have to pop back in to Tesco. Great! :sad:

    Normally the £10 is pre Loaded onto the sim.

    Lasthurdle, can you tell me if you have to do anything before you sell the 10.00 credit and the sim. Peeps saying you need to register it with the phone?

    you do you go to simregister.co.uk fill in the sim number and the imei of your phone in a few days it will register the 10 to the sim so techinically you dont need to open the sim

    go to http://www.simregister.co.uk/ enter the sim number and fill in the details in 48 hrs credit will be added to the phone
