    Try

    http://www.ccleaner.com/

    Install the program

Click on the "Tools" icon in the left panel.
Highlight the program you want to Uninstall
Click on "Run Uninstaller" in the extreme right hand panel.

Has lots of other options too, like cleaning up the registry, cleaning dross files off your hard disc and allowing you to easily remove programs from your Start Up menu that you don't want running every time you boot up.

  • Did you actually start CCcleaner after installing it? if there is an icon on your desktop for it double click on it, if not the goto start/all programs/ccleaner (it might be piriform/ccleaner)

You'll have to edit the registry (as the first link) as incredimal leaves lots of little presents behind

Id be careful using REVO or suchlike as incredimail is an absolute pain to remove. FORCING it to go might make a mess of your email system

"I could only find the part about removing programs from the start up menu.and now I cant get this to unistall either"

Open up the CCleaner program and click on Tools
This should automatically open up the Uninstall Program page - you should see an alphabetical list in the main panel of all the programs on your computer (including CCleaner).
Just click on the program you want to remove to highlight it and then double-click on Run Uninstaller at the top of the panel on the right hand side of the screen.

CCleaner even uninstalls itself and is the only program I've used that fully gets rid of Real Player.
  • well seems that i am now in even more of a mess when i followed the link for the cleaner the page redirected me and I then downloaded from the first link which has downloaded Registry Reviver64 for Reviversoft which is why I could not follow your instructions.

Have since gone back and downloaded the correct cleaner - but still no join in getting rid of incredimail, nor the Registry Reviver and both open up as soon as I turn the computer on. And I have now been trying to uninstall this for the last 6 hours.
