I ask this because I was driving to birmingham on the M6 with my boyfriend. We both noticed a new phone mast. On the return my bf put his phone on roam & it came back with movistar & the other operators.

mmmm very strange

    Movistar is owned by Telefonica; it is their Spanish/Latin brand and has been a brand in Spain since they started doing mobiles. So it's likely to be an o2 mast.
