Recommendation for a mobile phone

Guys,
I would like to buy a new mobile phone with these characteristics and would like your help/suggestions:

- Long battery life
- USB (or bluetooth) connection to PC (for exchanging data). Preferably if cable can be bought cheap (~5 pounds).
- Easy/cheap unlocking (need to use also with foreign sim when abroad)
- Supports dual sim switching (as one of the accessories shown here: http://www.freeyourmobile.biz/acatalog/dual_sim_cards_.html)
- Maybe pop3 reader (or wap enabled) (optional feature)
- preferable with a clamshell

I will not care at all about camera, mirrors, games, mp3, radios etc. Will use the phone only for voice and very rarely also texting. No need for colour screen, but prefer some tidy menus.

I am NOT interested (please do not even mention them) in:
- cashback offers (the ones you have to collect/send vouchers periodically)
- contracts

I am with Virgin at present but I don't care too much about the tariffs/plan as I mostly receive calls!

Looking for something below 100 pounds (ideally below 50; also refurb would be ok).
Any suggestions welcome.
