Orange retentions: first call counts so do a deal!!!
Dear Money Savers,
I've learnt the hard way how orange work. :mad: This lesson wasn't on the main website!
When you call customer retentions for the first time you have a number of discount points. The next time they search for you, you have less discount points! And so on and so on! So you must make the deal with the first search and then haggle away on the basis of the first search.
Retentions are set up to deal with you once, when your serious about leaving. This diso!!!! point system provides a way for a haggling monster like me to shoot himself in the foot as the best offer was the first one that I haggled down and not the 4th one! :eek:
All is not los :beer:t:
One the lady who made me the first offer can access my first offer and she can make amendments to it. I have asked for her to call me back. Hope to get the ace deal i haggled down last time..but with a better phone..lets see if she calls and if that's possible!
